AutoWallis Ltd. purchased a real property in Budapest at a particularly ideal location at the crossing of Váci út and Megyeri út for one of the brands represented by the Company. AutoWallis acquired 100% of the real property’s owner company, called VCT78 Kft. (address: Váci út 76-80., topographic lot number: 70381), from Appeninn Ltd., paying the price with cash and by assumption of loan through a bank. The property operates also presently as a car showroom service point from Appeninn and AutoWallis plans to transform the 2700 square metres building located on a 6500 square metres plot, and once the project is completed the new car showroom and service point will be inaugurated in 2021.
