(VIII. 15.) PM:

By order dated 27 May 2024, the competent court of registration registered Mr. Bence Buday, Mr. Ferenc Karvalits, Mr. Gyula Zoltán Mező, Mr. Ferenc Vaczlavik and Mr. Tibor Veres as members of the Board of Directors of the Company, and Mr. Géza Deme and Dr. László Péter Lakatos as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Bence Buday owns 207,475 AutoWallis shares, Mr. Ferenc Karvalits owns 461,900 AutoWallis shares, Mr. Gyula Mező Zoltán owns 76,561 AutoWallis shares and Mr. Ferenc Vaczlavik owns 25,200 AutoWallis shares. Mr. Tibor Veres, Mr. Géza Deme and Dr. László Péter Lakatos do not directly own any AutoWallis shares.

The Company informs the investors that Mr. Tibor Veres is the beneficial owner of Wallis Tőkeholding Zrt. and Wallis Asset Management Zrt., two main shareholders of the Company
