AutoWallis Plc (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), in compliance with its disclosure obligations under Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets, PM Decree 24/2008 (VIII.15.) and EU Regulation 596/2014, informs market participants of the following.

Based on the authorization granted in Section 10.5.c) of the Issuer’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors has decided to relocate the Issuer’s registered office to 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 34 (Liberty Office Building), with effect from August 25, 2025. The Issuer’s new registered office will also serve as its office of central business administration.

At the same time as relocating its registered office, the Issuer has also moved the management and administrative staff of its three business divisions (Retail, Distribution and Mobility Services) to a 5,000 m² section of the Liberty Office Building, which is an important step in improving the operational efficiency of the group.
