Extraordinary notice about the registration of changes by the Court of Registration

AutoWallis Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; company registration number: 01-10-047350; „Issuer”), acting in compliance with Section 55 (1) of the Capital Market Act, hereby publishes the following with reference to the extraordinary information published by the Company on April 30, 2020.
By Ruling No. Cg.01-10-047350/82 of June 4, 2020, the Court of Registration of Budapest Capital Regional Court ordered the registration of the following changes regarding the Company’s Statutes effective of April 30, 2020:
– Registration of Ferenc Gábor Dévai, as the new member of the Board of Directors
– Conversion of 200,000 pieces of series A voting preference shares and 200,000 pieces of series B dividend preference shares issued by the Company, that is, a total of 400,000 pieces, into series C ordinary shares according to Resolution 9c/2020. (04.30.) of the Board of Directors adopted in the competence of the general meeting.
