The Company, together with its Portuguese partner Salvador Caetano Group, is currently negotiating the acquisition of the Romanian import rights for the Nissan car brand. The Company will inform investors of the outcome of the negotiations, but cannot disclose further information on the transaction at this phase of the business discussions.
