Extraordinary Announcement about the Court of Registry’s Resolution

With regards to the Extraordinary Announcement published on 2 July 2020, AutoWallis Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (Cg. 01-10-047350; registered address: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd street 20.; from hereon: „Issuer”) would like to inform Investors about the following:
The Issuer initiated the registration of shares issued as consideration for the Apport, through the Company Registry Court of Budapest Capital Regional Court. On the 20th of July the Company Registry Court of Budapest Capital Regional Court issued resolution no. Cg.01-10-047350/89., through which the Court ordered the Issuer to file the Issuer’s amended Articles of Association in the company registry, with the following revisions:
– the registered capital of the Issuer has been raised to HUF 3.722.032.825
– as a result of the raise in the registered capital, the number of Class C shares is now 297.762.626
