AutoWallis negotiates an acquisition in Slovenia

Regarding the news information of unknown source published in Slovenian media yesterday, AutoWallis Plc. confirms the fact that, in accordance with its strategy, the corporation is in negotiations in Slovenia, with the aim of AutoWallis entering the Slovenian vehicle sales market, including the related after-sales and other services, via acquisition.
One of the potential partners is A-Cosmos d.d., a company involved in the distribution of BMW and MINI vehicles in the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana. At the moment, there are ongoing negotiations, as well as due diligence and legal procedures regarding entering the Slovenian retail market (the AutoWallis group is already present in Slovenia, as the exclusive importer of Jaguar Land Rover brands).
In case the negotiations succeed or are terminated for any reasons without reaching an agreement, AutoWallis Plc. will inform its shareholders about any transactions. This communication is merely published in response to the information disclosed in Slovenian media, as a form of rectification.
