AutoWallis Plc. (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; hereinafter: Company) based on its publishing obligation according to 55-56 §§ of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and the PM Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) hereby informs market actors of the below details.

According to the resolution No. 98 / XBond / 2021 of the Budapest Stock Exchange as market operator, issued on 20 October 2021, the “AutoWallis NKP Kötvény 2031/I.” bonds with total face value of HUF 6,600,000,000 issued by the Company will be registered on the XBond Security List on 22 October 2020. First trading day of the bonds is 22 October 2021.
