In accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and in order to comply with the disclosure requirement set out in PM Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.), AutoWallis Nyrt. (registered office: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; hereinafter: Company) hereby informs market participants as follows.
AutoWallis Caetano Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.) established on 6 April 2022 by the Company and Salvador Caetano Auto, SGPS, S.A. (registered office: Avenida Vasco da Gama, 1410, 4430-247 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal) with 50-50% share in the entity was registered by the competent court on 24 June 2022.
