Information regarding own share transaction

AutoWallis Plc. (1055 Budapest, Honvéd street 20., hereinafter: the Company) provides the following information pursuant to Articles 55-56. § of Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets complying its disclosure obligation prescribed by the PM decree of 28/2008. (VIII.15.).
On June 30, 2021 the Company sold 7,889,503 pieces own shares in a fixed deal on the Budapest Stock Exchange through Concorde Értékpapír Zrt. investment firm. Average price of the transaction was 93 HUF, ie the sale was made at an average price of HUF 93 per share.
After the transaction the Company has 0 pieces of own shares.
