AutoWallis Plc (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20., hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), in compliance with its disclosure obligations under Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets, PM Decree 24/2008 (VIII.15.) and EU Regulation 596/2014, informs market participants of the following.

The Issuer has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Taródy Operatív Kft. (registered seat: 9200 Mosonmagyaróvár, Fészek utca 2., company registration number: 08-09-031617), pursuant to which it has acquired the business share representing 40% of the share capital of INICIÁL AUTÓHÁZ Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 9028 Győr, Külső Veszprémi utca 6.; company registration number: 08-09-010382; hereinafter referred to as the “INICIÁL”) with a nominal value of HUF 40 000 000 (“Business Share1”) and the business share representing 40% of the share capital of ICL AUTÓ Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 9028 Győr, Külső Veszprémi utca 6.; company registration number: 08-09-031493; hereinafter referred to as the “ICL”) with a nominal value of HUF 20 000 000 (“Business Share2”) (Business Share1 and Business Share2 are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Business Shares”). By acquiring the Business Shares, the Issuer has become the sole member of INICIAL and ICL.
