In accordance with Sections 55 of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and to comply with the disclosure requirement set out in Annex 4 in PM Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII. 15.), AutoWallis Nyrt. (registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 20.; hereinafter: “Company”) hereby informs market participants as follows.

Due to family reasons, Mr. Gábor Ferenc Dévai, with effect from today resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. At the same time, as of today, Mr. Gábor Ferenc Dévai has also ceased to be the managing director of WALLIS AUTÓKÖLCSÖNZŐ Kft. Mr. Miklós Kovács is the new managing director of WALLIS AUTÓKÖLCSÖNZŐ Kft. as of today.

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to thank Mr. Gábor Ferenc Dévai for his work and wishes him every success for the future.
